Navigating your creative life can feel overwhelming and lonely at times - even when you love what you do or things are going well.

Maybe you’ve got a project buzzing in your head, a shift you want to make in your career or business, or an idea that just won’t leave you alone. Maybe you’ve outgrown what you’ve been doing or something new is calling, but it’s still a bit blurry and if you’re honest, a little bit scary too.

In Your Corner is where you don’t have to carry it all by yourself. For 3 months, I’ll be right there with you — part coach, part collaborator, part creative ally.

In Your Corner

collaboration for your next creative chapter

In Your Corner is a 3-month collaboration designed around you and whatever is most important to you right now. Whether that’s an idea, project, career or business.

Whether you’re building something new, reimagining what’s next, or reinvigorating what you already do, it helps to have someone by your side helping you make sense of it all. Someone who gets it, who can bounce ideas around with you, untangle the messy bits and provide the kind of energy, encouragement, and sense of teamwork that’s hard to find when you’re doing it all on your own

This isn’t a rigid coaching program — it’s a collaborative partnership, tailored around you and what you need right now.

where you might be finding yourself…

  • You’re at the early stages of a creative project and want someone by your side to help you bring it to life.

  • You’re feeling stuck or lost in your creative career path. You’ve done well in many ways but, secretly, it feels like you’re in a rut right now. Something needs to shift. You want someone who can help you reimagine a way forward and be by your side so you can progress with clarity and confidence again.

  • You’re tired and overwhelmed with carrying it all on your own. You’re craving an injection of energy and motivation that comes with being in a team. You want someone in your corner to bounce ideas off, untangle the messy bits, cheer the wins, and maybe even challenge you a little when it matters. Someone to help you make sense of what’s in your head, find your focus and be by your side as you make things happen, your way.

Whatever your starting point, I will meet you THERE and together we’ll design a way forward that works for you.

I’d been feeling a bit lost in my career path and didn’t know how to take it to the next level. Having Fi on my team has been such a good investment both for my career and for myself as a creative. I feel totally re-energised and a lot more focused, much clearer on how my career is developing and Fi’s support plays such a big part in all of this. She really gets me. Having someone on my team to share the load with but also the good stuff with, is a game changer when you’re going at it alone. I love knowing she’s there if and when I need her.
— Jess
Fi Gregory was the first person to join me on this podcast journey - as a creative thinking partner and project manager - helping me shape and hold the vision for this podcast from day one. I speak about how fear narrows our vision and curiosity expands it. Fi has a knack for putting my brain into expansive curiosity mode every time I speak with her.
— Grace
The other thing about Fi is that she is a little bit magic. She is such an incredibly positive person, and it was a genuine joy to collaborate with her, discuss ideas together, and come up with new ways of working. She has a real energy about her, and it is infectious. When you work on your own, it is a real bonus to team up with someone like Fi. She re-energised me, and she helped to give me a new framework for working, as well as a new perspective on what I am doing as a professional, for who, and why. All if which is invaluable, and I couldn’t recommend her more.
— Anna

Behind the Scenes

I’ve always felt most at home behind the scenes, helping creative people bring their ideas and next chapters to life.

Before starting my own business in 2018, I spent just over a decade behind the scenes with Frantic Assembly, an internationally renowned theatre company known for its collaborative way of making work.

It was such an inspiring chapter. I was surrounded by my kind of people — creative, funny, honest, and unafraid to do things their own way. It showed me what’s possible when people come together with courage, care, and a shared sense of purpose.

Now, I get to bring that same spirit into the work I do with creative individuals - helping you shape ideas, navigate change, and bring your next chapter to life in a way that feels true to you.

Collaboration is still at the heart of everything I do. I’ve seen how much more courageous and energised we can be when we’re not doing it all alone. I love being in that behind-the-scenes role - part coach, part collaborator, part cheerleader - supporting you as you make things happen (and having fun along the way too).

She is attentive and genuinely cares about my progress, offering support for day-to-day decision making, as well as the broader course-correcting of my business and goals. Having Fi in my corner has brought a new found energy to my work and business, and I can’t recommend her enough!
— Tom
She’s a powerful person to have in your corner and you’ll always come away from your sessions feeling refreshed and inspired!
— Fenella
What’s most satisfying though is that her approach to communication and coaching has made it feel I have a much bigger team behind me supporting my work! It’s like having a close, critical friend helping me make the right decisions - but all on my own terms.
— Simon

HOW WE’LL WORK TOGETHER

I work in a very personal, hands-on way, and every collaboration is different.

We design the rhythm and shape of the partnership around you and whatever it is you want to achieve, working closely together for three months with a mix of 1:1 sessions and touch points in-between. So I’m right there with you all the way through.

NEXT STEPS

The next step is for us to have a conversation about where you’re at and what you want to work on together. On this call, you’ll get a taste of how I work, how we could work together and what this might look like. I’ll answer any questions. If it feels like the right fit, we can get started shaping up our partnership. If not, you’ll walk away with clarity, ideas, and hopefully a spring in your step to keep moving in your right direction.

Fi has a never-ending supply of optimism and enthusiasm, which is especially important when you might not have any left. Fi is a great supporter and motivator to have on your team.
— Christy
She really took the time to get to know me and understand how I see myself and the world - and therefore how I work. Her advice is practical and she is very hands on. She is empathetic and understanding, but also called my bullshit. I really feel like she was - and still is- invested in me doing well. She is a force to be reckoned with and having Fi in your corner will benefit you 100%!
— Meriel
Having someone like Fi in your corner is truly a gift worth investing in

  • That’s totally okay — and normal when you’re creating the path ahead.

Whether you’re refining a project, exploring possibilities, or simply making space to think again, this is where we start. Clarity is something we’ll build together. You don’t need to arrive with a fully-formed plan or a big, shiny project. You just need a sense that something’s calling for your attention — an idea, a shift, or a feeling that it’s time for change — and a curiosity and openness to the idea of collaborating with someone.

Saying that, timing is important and although there isn such thing as the “perfect time”, we do want to take timing into our considerations. So we’ll look at this together when we chat.

  • This time-frame provides us with a focused, hands-on chapter where we work side by side to bring something to life. It’s not about ongoing day-to-day support; it’s a creative partnership designed to help you make a shift, find momentum, and start making things happen.

Three months gives enough space to make real progress, but it’s short enough to keep things fresh, energised, and moving forward. Creatives tend to work in seasons. We’re not robots and this timeframe reflects that natural rhythm. It’s about finding the sweet spot between depth and momentum, without losing the spark that started it all.

  • We’ll make this fit your real life, not some idealised version of it. The suggested structure of sessions is designed to support you but if we need to flex the shape of this, we can co-design this as we go.

Getting stuck is part of the process and we all experience our own unique blend of blocks and sticky moments - no matter how seasoned at this stuff you are or not! It’s in these moments where some of the most profound insights and innovations can be discovered. So we very much plan for and welcome the curveballs and real life stuff in this collaboration.

  • A lot can happen, be ignited and brought to life in three months. Our time together acts as a powerful catalyst in your bigger creative picture and timeline. Every collaboration wraps up with a reflection session. It’s my intention that you leave with clarity, confidence, and a plan for what’s next. Most importantly, my hope is that our work has a lasting impact that reaches far beyond our time together.

If you want to keep working together, we can — but my aim is always to help you stand steady on your own. Many clients return for top up sessions or another season of collaboration. We can cross that bridge when we get there.
