As a Creativity Coach I think about creativity A LOT. I’m constantly asking myself, “what is creativity?'“, and “why is it so important that we approach business and life with creativity?”.

Here are my current thoughts on these questions. I’d love to know, what does creativity mean to you?

Creativity is…

～ Turning your ideas & dreams into something practical & real

～ Generating original & unique ideas and solutions

～ Approaching situations with & from new and varied perspectives - Collaborative

～ Doing something differently to how you’ve seen it done before - Innovative

～ Aligning your actions with your heart

～ Moving through fear with courage 

～ Spotting patterns in order to enhance flow & productivity

～ Connecting the dots - a holistic approach

～ Cultivating a positive and expansive energy 

～ Cyclical, evolving, regenerative, natural, adaptable, growing

～ Playful, fun, mischievous 

～ Loving, compassionate, empathetic, forgiving 

Errr... how great is creativity?!  

And what’s even better is that it’s YOU, it’s me, it’s all of us! 

Creativity isn’t something you either have or don’t have, it’s not something you go out and get either. We are creative beings and we possess all of this good stuff within us. The invitation is to activate it, to cultivate it and to start using it across ALL areas of your business (& life).
