Like me, you care deeply about what you do and how you do it. Put simply, I believe in people. I believe we are always more courageous in a team than we are on our own. I spent the first 10 years of my career managing a truly inspirational theatre company packed full of my kind of people. People who made me laugh, who celebrated personality, honesty and doing things their own way.
Since then, I have been supporting creative individuals behind the scenes as they do things their own way. I work openly, collaboratively and compassionately - with a huge dose of fun thrown in.
